Fully loaded with orders during the Spring Festival period - Xunlong Zhizao Co.,Ltd ensures timely supply of door ring stamps for electric vehicle manufacturers

During the Chinese New Year 2026 celebration, the production workshops of Xunlong Zhizao LLC in Kunshan continued to operate at full capacity. Several hot stamping die production lines were operating at maximum capacity, focusing on producing orders for hot stamping dies for the Aion AY3 and Chery Fengyun E06 double door rings, ensuring that parts volume production schedules for China's leading new energy vehicle manufacturers were met.
Thanks to the proven technology of developing universal dies for two car models, this order includes 22 sets of thermoforming dies in two series - for inner and outer double door rings, as well as for single door rings. The products are manufactured using the technology of hot forming boron steel with a strength class of 1500 MPa and are intended for the production of equipment for key elements of lateral protection of a car body in a collision.
Currently, the demand for solutions to lighten the design of new energy vehicles continues to grow rapidly. Since the beginning of 2026, the company has already received more than 70 new single door ring projects, covering more than ten automakers, including the Toyota brand, Lisyan Automobiles, Cherry Automobiles and Tesla.
The production team, which remained on site during the holidays and numbered approximately 200 employees, provided full closed-loop control of all stages of production - from high-precision machining of die cavities and heat treatment to tooling testing. The accuracy of product dimensions was strictly controlled. After the end of the holidays, the first batch of dies was successfully handed over to automakers for the production of prototypes and successfully tested for installation on vehicles, which further strengthened the company's position in the automotive thermoforming dies segment in the Chinese market.
