Xunlong Zhizao LLC's production bases in Kunshan and Qingdao enhance synergies: increased production capacity and improved supply efficiency

As a listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (shturl.c) and a national specialized innovation enterprise of the Small Giant category, Xunlong Zhizao LLC has formed a production structure with two main centers - the headquarters in Kunshan and the production base in Qingdao.
The total area of production facilities exceeds 30,000 m². The company has more than 120 pieces of advanced equipment, including five-axis machining centers, high-speed milling machines and precision grinding machines. The number of personnel is about 350 employees.
The Kunshan production base specializes in the design and manufacture of molds for hot stamping, hydroforming and large-scale plastic injection molding. The Qingdao base is focused on the production of molds for household appliances and the production of precision parts in small and medium series. Thanks to the clear separation of functions and effective interaction between the two sites, the company's total annual production capacity reaches 300 sets of large-size molds and 500,000 precision parts.
In the first quarter of 2026, the company ensured full utilization of production lines due to the high volume of orders. During the Chinese New Year period, production continued uninterrupted to ensure timely fulfillment of commitments to customers in the automotive and home appliance industries, especially as demand in the new energy vehicle and home appliance markets increased seasonally.
