In May 2026, the mold with no parting line at the end of the slider, developed by Xunlong Zhizao LLC, officially received a state utility model patent (Patent No.: ZL2025XXXXXX).
In traditional molds, a noticeable parting line often forms in the area of the ram joint, which degrades the appearance of the parts and increases post-processing costs. Xunlong solved this problem by precisely mating the inclined surfaces of the slide and the secondary mold locking compensation design, completely eliminating the parting line at the end.
Thanks to this, the surface of the product is monolithic and smooth, without the need for grinding, polishing and other subsequent operations. Production efficiency increases by 30%, and the cost per part decreases by 8%.
This technology has already been successfully used in molds for automotive exterior parts and household appliance housings with high gloss levels and has received positive feedback from a number of customers.
