Recently, Xunlong Zhizao Co., Ltd. began mass supply of self-developed hydroforming dies for the production of hollow beams of automobile chassis, confirming that the company has achieved a leading position in China in the field of manufacturing complex hollow lightweight components.
These dies are based on internal high-pressure hydroforming technology and make it possible to transform tubular blanks into parts with variable cross-sections and complex spatial geometries in one cycle. Compared to traditional welded structures, the weight of products is reduced by approximately 25%, while their strength and fatigue life are significantly increased.
The tooling is equipped with a high-precision synchronous control system, and the maximum forming pressure reaches 200 MPa, which ensures the stable production of parts made of various materials, including aluminum alloys and high-strength steels.
