Xunlong Zhizao Co.,Ltd wins the tender for the Zhijie EHX hot molding die project, the number of orders in the premium electric vehicle segment continues to grow

In April 2026, Xunlong Zhizao LLC successfully won the tender for the purchase of thermoforming dies under the Zhijie EHX 2025 project, receiving an order for the development and production of dies for key power elements of the car body.
As part of the project, the company will supply hot stamping dies for ultra-high-strength steel parts including A-pillars, B-pillars and rocker panels. All products are developed using a full cycle of CAE process modeling and high-speed five-axis machining, which ensures the formation of high-strength materials without cracking and guarantees dimensional stability of the finished parts.
All stages of the project, from design and machining to die testing, are carried out by Xunlong in-house. Thanks to this, the project implementation period was 15% shorter than the industry average.
Relying on more than twenty years of experience in die design and production, as well as the status of a national specialized innovation enterprise in the "Small Giant" category, the company has recently consistently received new orders from leading automakers, including Chery Engines and HUAWEI Zhijie.
The share of the business related to the production of stamps for cars using new energy sources continues to increase and is becoming one of the key drivers of the company's growth.
