As technology advances in lightweighting the chassis of electric vehicles, reinforced lightweight design arms with hollow elements are gradually replacing traditional one-piece forged suspension arms. In these conditions, multi-operation integrated cold forming dies are becoming the main choice of manufacturers.
At present, the size of the Chinese chassis cold forming dies market has exceeded 12.6 billion yuan, and the annual demand for dies for the production of passenger car suspension arms is more than 260 thousand sets.
