Recently, Xunlong Zhizao Co., Ltd. has mass-provided large-size back cover molds for 65-inch TVs designed for a leading home appliance manufacturer. Due to the high rigidity of the structure, excellent surface quality and long service life, the products have been highly appreciated by the customer.
The mold is made using a one-piece design of the forming cavity and a multi-layer reinforcement system, which allows it to withstand long-term operation on injection molding machines with a force of up to 2500 tons without deformation or displacement of structural elements.
The surface of the forming cavity is subjected to nano-level mirror polishing, due to which the gloss level of the finished products exceeds 95%. The resulting parts can be used without subsequent painting, which can significantly reduce the customer’s production costs.
The mold is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system that ensures that the temperature deviation is maintained within ±0.5°C. This effectively reduces the risk of warping and deformation of large-sized products, ensuring stable dimensional accuracy of ±0.05 mm.
