The rear floor reinforcement beam is a key structural element required to provide body rigidity and crash safety in the passive safety systems of modern vehicles. The manufacturing technology is based on the principles of hot stamping: ultra-high-strength boron steel is used as the starting material, which is subjected to high-temperature austenitization to change the structure of the material, then rapid forming is performed in a special die with simultaneous hardening to form a stable martensitic structure. Basic process operations include forming, hardening, calibration, hole making and quality control. The finished product has high uniformity of strength and dimensional stability, and is widely used in the rear floor area of various passenger cars, providing key support for rear impact resistance and body torsional rigidity.
1. Ultra-high strength: tensile strength in key areas ≥ 1500MPa, which greatly improves the impact resistance and deformation resistance of the rear body.
2. Lightweight structure: Weight reduction has been achieved compared to traditional cold-formed welded structures, which combines the requirements of weight reduction and body rigidity.
3. Stable Forming Precision: Hot forming technology ensures the geometry of complex profiles is stable and meets welding and assembly tolerances of the lower body.
4. Optimized Impact Energy Transfer: The profile is optimized for rear impact conditions to effectively direct impact energy and reduce the risk of penetration into the passenger compartment.
